Hollinswood is committed to working with CEMEX to make sure that mining is
done responsibly. A new and improved berm with vegetation will be constructed
on the north side of the property. This will serve as a buffer for the
mining operation’s visibility, noise and vibration. While the county
requires a 200 ft. setback, the Area Plan establishes a 400 ft. setback with
